The first two lines of Dr. Jacqueline’s “The Road Less Traveled” are taken from American Poet Robert Frost’s “The Road Not Taken”. If “The Road Less Traveled” resonates with you, or you’d like to learn more, get in touch!
Two roads diverged in the woods and I,
I took the one less traveled by.
By plan not fate I walked its path,
Through swarms and swarms of its thick wrath.
***
You would not walk this way with ease,
Like the other path if it that you’d seized.
By looking you would not think it best,
If you had not put it to the test.
***
Not knowing where this road might end,
Or where it makes its quick sharp bend.
But walking it and when then done,
You come to find your plan had won.
