Latashia Key, BASI
Latashia is an avid fitness professional for over 20 years, teaching a variety of classes. In 2007, while pursuing a career in the sports industry, Latashia was introduced to Mat Pilates. Now as a Mat Pilates instructor, Latashia’s passion and knowledge to help people live a healthy lifestyle regardless of their age and ability level, combined with her love of being active and having fun, comes out! She believes in being patient, explaining proper mechanics and keeping the classes exciting yet challenging. The benefits of Pilates have also been helpful in Latashia achieving her running goals in competitive track and field (main events: 3000m, 5000m, cross-country). Latashia is a doctoral student at a large midwestern university, working towards her PhD in the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism.
Bryon Gardiner, CSCS
Bryon is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He has experience working in the commercial fitness industry, rehabilitation and preventative injury settings, and in corporate health and wellness. Bryon currently works for a human performance organization as a Regional Director, and provides ongoing coaching, leadership development, and guidance to field operations teams.
Rachel Dolgner, MS, RDN, LDN
Rachel is a registered dietitian who has worked in dining at a large midwestern university since 2008, and where she also serves on the dietitians board. She has served as a food allergy trainer since 2017, which has allowed University dining to serve the increasing population of students with dietary needs. Rachel is also an accomplished runner, with experience running marathons, trail races, and 5ks, as well as in being an assistant coach for a middle school and high-school cross-country and track team.
